At the Columbia Inn, we're all about our pizza. We have been continuing to perfect our craft as well as expanding our pizza operation outside of the restaurant. Our truck was custom-designed inside and out.
Let our signature THIN CRUST PIZZA be the highlight of your event. With the ability to make upwards of 60 pizzas per hour, our 28-foot truck mobile kitchen is like taking the restaurant on the road. It’s equipped with WIFI hotspot, Bluetooth speakers, and a built-in exterior TV. You can play your favorite tunes or watch a game while your guests enjoy our famous thin-crust pizza.
We have partnered with our sister restaurant, Harrigan's (just up the street from us), to make wings and sliders. Other than parties, our truck will be at many food/drink festivals this summer as well as sporting events. Click the link below to see our menu.

We supply all paper goods plates, napkins, cups, ice, utensils, etc.
Credit card required to hold date; no refund within 60 days of the event; rain or shine unless alternate date is available.
Inclement Weather:
We can serve pizza in light rain, but not in a downpour. In case of forecasted rain, you can cancel your party 48 hours in advance with no penalty. We will make every effort to have your party even if it should rain. In the event of a same day cancellation due to the weather, we will retain your deposit, and you can reschedule up to one year in advance and your deposit will be applied in full.
DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING RESPONSE TO THE COLUMBIA INN PIZZA-FOOD TRUCK, WE ARE ACCEPTING TRUCK RESERVATIONS UP TO A YEAR IN ADVANCE. PARTIES ARE BOOKED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
